We transport three categories. First, temperature-sensitive medicines and active ingredients: refrigerated goods at 2–8 °C (many biologics, vaccines, insulins) and goods in the controlled room-temperature range 15–25 °C — as a direct run from the manufacturer to the pharmaceutical wholesaler, to the hospital pharmacy or between production sites. Second, medical devices and medical technology: laboratory devices, analysis systems, imaging equipment and sterile goods, often high-value and vibration-sensitive. Third, consumables and semi-finished goods such as empty capsules, primary packaging materials or bulk goods between the plants. Some of the shipments are at the same time dangerous goods — flammable solvents, diagnostic reagents, certain gases — which we move in compliance with ADR. Standards and regulations in pharmaceutical transport
The guardrail is the GDP guideline (Good Distribution Practice, EU Guideline 2013/C 343/01): qualified temperature control, documented processes, trained drivers and clear responsibilities. We align our pharmaceutical transports with these requirements and work to ISO 9001:2015 — we do not claim GDP certification, but implement your customer-side QA requirements (sealing, cleaning verification, driver instruction) by arrangement. The set temperature is fixed before departure, the vehicle is pre-cooled and the profile is recorded continuously; customer-side data loggers run along on request. Dangerous-goods portions we carry in compliance with ADR with checked papers. For narcotics and goods particularly at risk of theft, heightened securing and verification obligations apply, which we coordinate with you in advance. We avoid transhipments because every transhipment point is a temperature and security risk.

How do you secure high-value medical technology against vibration?
Sensitive devices travel as a direct run on air-sprung box vehicles, lashed over a wide area and without point loads on the housing. Collection is carried out by tail lift where needed, even without a ramp. That way we avoid transhipment points and the impact and tipping damage typical there.
