How the status service works
01 · Have your order number ready
It is in your order confirmation. No problem if it is missing — your company name plus pickup or delivery date works too.
02 · Choose a channel
Phone, WhatsApp or email — you do not land in a hotline, but directly with the dispatcher who planned your shipment.
03 · Get the real status
You learn where the truck is right now and when it is expected to deliver — by phone instantly, in writing usually within 30 minutes.
Proactive notifications
For express direct runs and time-critical shipments we get in touch ourselves: at pickup, on delays (traffic, border, weather) and after delivery with the proof of delivery. On request we set up fixed status checkpoints for regular customers — just ask your dispatcher.
Frequently asked questions about tracking
Where do I find my order number?
In the order confirmation you received by email after booking — it appears in the subject line and the document header. If you do not have it to hand, your company name plus the pickup or delivery date is enough for your dispatcher to find the shipment just as quickly.
How fast do I get a status update?
By phone instantly — you speak directly with the dispatcher who planned your shipment. By WhatsApp or email we usually reply within 30 minutes during business hours (Mon–Fri 8am–6pm CET).
Is there an online tracking portal with a link?
Deliberately not as standard: instead of yesterday's scan point, you get the real status from the dispatcher — where the truck is right now and when it is expected to deliver. For express direct runs we share a live location link on request, and for regular customers we set up fixed status checkpoints.
