Logisticoo organises Norway traffic in both directions — machinery, vehicles and industrial goods northbound, salmon and fish products as refrigerated cargo southbound, with a fixed price in 30 minutes and complete customs handling. Norway belongs to the EEA but not to the customs union: every shipment needs an export declaration, transit under the Common Transit Convention and Norwegian import clearance, which since the Digitoll changeover must be completed fully digitally and before arrival at the border. Our dispatchers therefore pre-register your cargo so the truck doesn't sit idle at Svinesund. Routing runs via the Öresund Bridge and the Swedish E6 through Gothenburg to Oslo — around 950 kilometres from Hamburg — or with the Hirtshals–Larvik and Kiel–Oslo ferries, which save time particularly for southern and western Norway. Germany is one of Norway's most important trading partners; alongside seafood and aluminium southbound, we regularly carry plant and project cargo for the offshore and energy sectors northbound. In winter we schedule with winter-capable equipment and snow-chain experience — on Norwegian mountain passes not a formality but a prerequisite. For destinations beyond Oslo — Bergen, Trondheim or Stavanger — we combine the overland route with coastal ferries into the most economical option and give you a binding transit time before booking.

Routes & corridors

Overland via Denmark and Sweden: Fehmarn (Puttgarden–Rødby ferry) or Jutland, the Öresund Bridge, then the E6 via Gothenburg to Svinesund/Oslo. Alternatively the Hirtshals–Larvik/Kristiansand ferries (Color Line, Fjord Line) and Kiel–Oslo as a direct sea bridge from Germany.

Customs clearance

Norway is an EEA member but not part of the customs union: required are an export declaration, T1/T2 transit (Norway is in the Common Transit Convention) and Norwegian import clearance, which since the Digitoll changeover must be filed digitally in advance. Goods of EEA origin are duty-free with a EUR.1 or declaration of origin.
