What does shipping a bumper cost?

As a part load in consolidated transport, a bumper is usually an inexpensive single line item, with short distances at the minimum price from €89. By direct transport we calculate from around €1.10/km in the Sprinter van; from Hamburg to Hanover (around 155 km) this works out at about €170. The main cost drivers are oversizes that force a one-way pallet, sensitive sensor technology requiring removal, freshly painted parts, and urgent direct transports for accident repairs.
