Customs clearance

Azerbaijan is neither an EU nor an EAEU member and has no preferential agreement with the EU: regular Azerbaijani import duties apply. Processing involves an EU export declaration, a TIR carnet for transit through Türkiye and Georgia, and an electronic import declaration with Azerbaijani customs.
